Has the Bukkit team disbanded?

EvilSeph is too busy with his new blog, and as far as I've seen on Twitter there's only one guy working on Bukkit (this genius). Where is everyone else? I'm not bitching about the update, I'm just wondering why the load has fallen on one person. :/

That and I'm being overrun by hackers... apparently N*d*s and them other haxclients have more people working on them than Bukkit does. This is a huge unbalance of good and evil.

 

Someone send Travis flowers and pizza.

 

Aren't Wolvereness and feildmaster also helping? Give Warren a break . Blogs are awesome

For reasons I won't get into, the majority of the work on the @CraftBukkit update for 1.4 has been done by one member of the #Bukkit team.

No, the Bukkit team has NOT disbanded.

They are currently working hard on the 1.4.2 update.

You just want to hear what you want to hear. Yes, the majority of the work is being done by one man, still, the team has not disbanded.

I'm pretty proficient with Java and bukkit. I have read the source code a lot, and I am thus familiar with it. Any way I could help this guy out lol? TnT

 

Sure, submit pull requests. There's not a possibility to help with updates unless you're on the team.

 

How to I join the team in the future? Somewhere I apply?
I got banned from bukkit dev after an idiot hacked my computer and submitted this forceop plugin like 60 times.

So what's the process? Just pump out great plugins and get noticed?

 

You contribute a ton to the code, support people, etc.
