Plugin Help Gta Plugin Request

I am making a gta server and I need a dev to custom make a plugin

It would be nice if you used unobtainable items for the guns and explosives
So like music disc, nether stars, keep in mind it will be a prison server too

If you can, please add a custom resource pack for it too!

A developer isn't going to make a resource pack for you. I would look for a graphics artist on the minecraft forums.

 

Well making a few textures for some guns is simple.
