Plugin Help Group Manager help! (Sub Groups?)

Hello everyone I need some help...

I need help making a Ranked player going into a Donor rank they would pay for...

Now for the command on Buy Craft would I put the command manuaddsub playername Donor

But this is the problem I have PrisonRankUp as well I have my A-Z rank's setup.

So what ever rank they are I need there prefix plus there donor suffix to be put on there so they would

be able to still rankup as well as having there donor rank suffix and there commands.

I have my A-Z Rank's I made a donor rank and my A rank is my default rank.

But for some reason I add my other account from the Default group into the Donor Group

So I do /manuaddsub playername Donor

No suffix pop up and the command's are not working so if someone could help it would mean a lot thanks!

Could someone please help me?!!!!!! I really need some help
