Suggested name: GriefPrevention: Ban Radius Addon

What I want: I, and most others who deal with FTB servers, would like to have a plugin that hooks into GriefPrevention and creates a radius around the claim. In thats radius, people would not be allowed to use certain items, like mining lasers, matter cannons, etc (which bypass claims)... The radius would basically make it impossible to cause any harm to the other person's claim. Hopefully, the config would just allow you to add custom items to the list.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: I love the way TekkitCustomizer has therir permission nodes setup for exceptions.
