Hey, I am having trouble adding to my whitelist table from in game. I'm pretty sure I have it set up proper. (If im not in my whitelist table in my database I get rejected with the default message, and i can manually add my name to the table to gain access.) I have also written a script (php, html and css) for my website to update the table, that works also. But i don't know how to manually add users to the whitelist in game. I have tried these ingame commands "/whitelist <player>" , "/dewhitelist <player>"& "dew add <player>" . No luck I have added these permissions to my group and my specific user. "dewhitelist.add" & "dewhitelist.remove" Am I doing something worng? Thanks for a reply

 

Its /whitelist add <player>
also if your using the php script to get the whitelist you cant add people nor remove them ingame.

Is this working on 860 (im no longer using this on my server anymore since its public)

 

Can somebody confirm this is working for 928, cause i cant test it until next week is over.

 

I'm using it on a #938 server.
I get some erros when I add/remove users in whitelist from the server console.

This will be fixed in the next version. The player is added to the whitelist, but cause i forgot to check if its console or not, there's that error if you try to add a player from the console.

 

any update? ^) its working whith 1031, using phpmyadmin(not console)

http-url in your config isnt set to the correct URL. Set the address to your whitelist.php file.

 

account/whitelist is my "whitelist.php" file.

 

I entered your whitelist URL in my browser and i get "Register on Minecrafter.com", so something is wrong with your URL.

 

I've moved over to another system now since yours doesn't really work.

 

Dude, it works but your pointing it to wrong page. If you go to the URL in your browser you can clearly see its not my script. Cause theres no code in my script that would make that output, on the page.

So its nothing wrong with my script. The URL is incorrect or its something wrong with your webserver. Your not really giving me anything to work on except your saying its wrong with my script.
The error is there cause your server is returning a 403.

In other words the problem is with your URL or webserver. So stop blaming it on me.

 

A lot of thanks to author for this plugin. You made me free from routine adding player to whitelist by command for each player.

I want to switch to permissionsbukkit, it will work? Or You have to update the plugin?

 

No, it wont work. Currently Ive seen no pro changing to permissionsbukkit and most people use permissions anyway.
You can do this yourself tho by downloading the source and change the permission checks.

 

I cant find the download link for the .bat file to convert the whitelist.txt to whitelist.sql

 

On the download page you see this text "If you want to import a whitelist from flatfile download this!"
click on "this". The converter will download.
Remember to have the whitelist file in the same folder with the original name.

 

It works with craftbukkit 1118.

How can i activate the whitelist? Everybody can join.

 

Its on by default. Check for errors.
