[FUN] PVP Arena v0.0.5 - Team Style PVP Arena [1000]

Exactly what I came here for. Had a decent amount of people participate in the Arena, Almost half of them lost their inventories, and the other half KEPT their inventories from their chosen class. Don't 100% remember, but it may have been the same people. So it could be an issue of restoring the wrong inventory.

But I agree, it seems as though it would be much easier to had the option to only allow those with empty inventories to join the arena.

PvP MUST be enabled by default in your server properties. No plugin can override this feature.

I have this plugin, and I am having a bug where it is not teleporting the people to the 'exit' spot on the end of the fight..

Anybody know why/how to fix?

This plugin is very very cool. Using it on my server and the players really enjoy it.

I am hoping for you to support multiple arena's and even impliment CTF with classes!

pls help me when i use a ranger i can shooot arrows but they dont do damage what did i do wrong?

 

I find this to be a great idea and very usefull, but upon testing it has too many bugs with inventory misshaps.
Examples;
-Losing your inventory
-Farming items from the arena's classes
-Disconnect's cause the game to never end...

I will say that the plugin is amazing other than the bugs that mess up players inventory's. If anyone else is having or had this issue, please post.

 

I've also had issues with losing players inventories.

It's wrong ! I have War on my server, and the PvP is enabled when the players join an arena. (enabled in the zone of arena)

try conducting your self a bit better with less caps, and maybe you will get more help.

Uhm, i've been facing a problem that arrows don't do any damage, i got bukkit 1060 and essentials, heroicdeath, worldedit as other plugins. It would be cool if you know what i do wrong or how to fix the bug.

Hello, how use pvparena when we have faction?

Is there a way to override Factions pvp restrictions in a certain area? I try do Pvp arena with people in my faction and it says I cannot hurt them.​

 

This really is a great plugin its just I've run in to a problem when i type in /pa red or blue the console says [PVP Arena] Invalid Command. (503) ...any help?

 

Check the config file (Config.yml). Change manually-select-teams from false to true

Great plugin. Will you ever be able to add special classes that need like a permission node or a rank to choose?

 

What is the "wand" item? because without it I can't set the arena :/

My players figured out how to get the class items out of the arena, using the functionality of the commands in the plugin. It could be done on any server, regardless of savvy plugin manipulation, because the arena commands facilitate the whole process.

I PM'd you how they do it, to keep it confidential and protect all the servers using this plugin. Please take a look.

Edit: I was looking for your source code, but haven't found it. I assume I'm overlooking it. I just wanted to see if I could jump start the coding bit, cause I love this plugin and don't want to have to keep it from my server.

Its in the config and is the stick (item 280) by default.
