This plugin would recreate the famous party game Murder in the Dark, with a minecraft flavour.

A game is started by someone, and other players can either opt-in or opt-out of playing.

When the game begins one player is randomly chosen as the murderer. Whenever night falls they are able to kill any other player who is playing the game. Killing should be a one-click affair, perhaps with a certain weapon. Once a player is killed they are out of the game.
When the sun comes up, killing stops until nightfall.

Players are able to accuse other players of being the murderer, however if they accuse the wrong player they are out of the game. If they accuse the correct player, they win the game.
    A potential command would be /accuse <playername>.

If a player is out of the game, they can not chat with other players who are still in the game (this could be difficult to do - at the least it could be an understood rule of playing that if you are dead you are not allowed to talk about the game). Player who are still in the game can chat with each other as much as they want - even make un-official accusations if they please.

If the murderer kills all the players (except the second to last, who now knows who is the murderer is), or has not been accused before the time runs out (if playing a timed game), they win the game.
