    I seem to be having an issue with blacksmith no one but admin or op players can use them. Is there a command to enable for everyone one to use... I've got a couple in the perms already

    - '-citizens.basic.*'
    - '-citizens.basic.use.select'
    - '-citizens.blacksmith.use.repair'
    - '-citizens.blacksmith.use.status'
    - '-citizen.use.*'
    - '-citizens.admin'

    And none of these work... I've tried with the " ' " in the file and without, either way it doesnt work any other commands?

    out of interest how do i use a teleport location once ive set em ?
    whats the point of giving the wizard tele locations when you cant use the damn things

    The download site allows dev build downloads? That's odd. I'd think they'd be labeled as such to prevent any confusion.

    For some reason I can't cloth my NPCs. Whenever I use /armor [leggings,torso,boots,helmet] ID it removes the equipment from my inventory but doesn't give the clothing to the NPC. Server restart also doesn't work.

    Really have no idea how to fix it.
    (My other Plugins are; Buildr and Sortal)

    how do you give the npc armor? i don't understand the npc equip command.

    Typing /npc equip puts you in equipment-edit mode. You right-click with an item in your hand to equip the NPC with that item. If you are holding armor, the NPC is automatically equipped with that armor. If you want the armor to be in the NPC's hand and not on its body, sneak and right-click. Right-clicking an NPC with an empty hand will remove all items that an NPC is equipped with and put them in your inventory. To leave equipment-edit mode, simply type /npc equip again.
  8. The item based economy system won't return to the plugin when minecraft 1.8 comes out? :confused::'(
    1.8 will most likely force all server owners to update bukkit(and the plugins with it), which means I'll either have to find another npc plugin with an item economy(which I doubt exsists) or completely re-do my server to have it running with no npc's, and find seperate plugins for repairing items, healing, changing time, etc. that charge gold ingots for the service. And I suppose iQuest's gold ingot rewards on quests will be gone aswell, since Citizens' npc's give them. :(

    Is there any chance you could find somebody that would help to update the item based economy at least so that it will be useable after 1.8? My server is heavily dependant on item based currency(more accurately gold ingots), so losing citizens on my server would make a huge impact on it's quality. [tnt]

    Sorry for the annoying and long post, but reading what will be removed in 1.1 kinda badly suprised me. [sheep][creeper]

    Hello, I have iConomy latest, when i create an npc, i get you need 10 more flowers or something and the npc was created :/

    Im using permissionsBukkit and I added citizens.* = true but I cant create and use npcs (permissionsbukkit I used permissions 3.0 and it worked good :)

    Citizens 1.0.9d isn't yet compatible with PermissionsBukkit. Wait for v1.1 or download a developmental build.

    There's no /npc equip command for me... I do use latest version of citizens though...
    Whenever I type; /npc equip - it says Did you mean: /npc help... Also the /npc armor [Torso,Leggings,Boots,Helmet] ID also still doesn't work, whenever I do this, my item vanishes from my inventory and no item is equipped on the NPC. Found out that /npc item ID also doesn't work (ID/Item Name both don't work, neither equip or item). Same problem.

    And yes, I tried restarting server/reinstalling plugin a bunch of times.
    Help requested please!

    Second Question:
    How do you make you NPC not be able to be pushed?

    i gave my mods the following permissions, but they can't remove a NPC, just getting "you not own the npc"

            - citizens.basic.modify.remove
            - citizens.admin.override.remove

    I'm having some trouble hooking in CitizensNPC into my plugin.
    I'm trying to import

    "net.citizensnpcs.api.CitizensManager" as your wiki says, but I get an error saying "The import net.citizensnpcs cannot be resolved..."

    Can someone help me with this?

    Btw, yes, I have put Citizens.jar into my build path

    You must be using a developmental build of Citizens.jar. For v1.0.9d, use NPCManager.

    I believe this is answered in the FAQ. You can't do that directly with a server-side plugin because it requires a client mod.

    Actually, editing this.. Here's the text from the FAQ:

    Can I give my NPCs custom skins?
    Citizens does not officially support custom skins and never will. However, for custom skins and other client-side Citizens additions, it is recommended that you use CitizenSpout by mbsuperstar1.

    If you are using permissionsBukkit, the only way it would work with 1.09d is with the superpermsbridge emulating Permissions. I haven't tried it, but if you don't have the bridge it definitely won't work.

    How do you make them follow you? Because i spawned an NPC but he wont talk to me, walk, move his head or anything, any help?

    I created a guard but he doesn't do anything (first npc i've played with)
    /create npc habeeb
    ..target the guard with a right click..
    /toggle guard (after giving myself 10 yellow flowers)
    /guard aggro
    /guard bouncer
    /guard radius 15
    * i also tried giving him a path using /path which he follows but doesn't attack anything* :confused:
    other than what I mentioned, everything else in citizens.yml is default
    he just sits there doing nothing even with zombies beating on me.. what did i do wrong? - thanks in advance

    Do /npc create name
    Right click him
    /toggle Guard
    /guard bodyguard

    what are the various guard modes and what is bouncer for? i was using that .. thank you again
    my goal was to create a park ranger type npc that paths around and kills the night spawn stuff, anything aggressive to players

    /guard bodyguard sets the NPC to follow you, but it doesn't do anything when you're being attacked.
    i also set /guard aggro on and off.. no change

    hello, im sorry to bother you but it wont recognize my econemy, it is just a standard econemy that ive seen been used in many other videos of this online. but wheni try to set my trader, my econemy wont work. any solutions? or any other econmey plugins that work?
