Inactive [FUN/CHAT] PvP Titles - Get Titles for killing players [1.3.1-R1.0]

Make this something that you can add this line in the plugin from the chat will be marked such that the hero put before a group of zara for spelling is the distance

Do so that for example; hero will be in front of the group and not from nick

How exactly does this work ?

I assume something like this with settable kill count for advancement.

0-6 kills : noob
7-12 kills : not noob
13-18 kills : uber

So on and so forth.

Would I be correct in this guess since it's not exactly documented ?

I love this plugin!
One thing though, you should make titles able to be set on Admins through command, instead of just pvp. Also, you should make it so Admins can add new titles.

You can already add new ranks with a fame amount just set it up in your config and you'll be fine. If you don't know how please read through the configuration page.

You should add a leaderboard for killing mobs

 

I don't care about mobs. It is a PvP plugin and will always be.

 

I had the exact same idea, tying it with mobs. Maybe a mob would give less fame than a player. Dreanor, maybe it is necessary to support PvPvE instead of just PvP with this plugin, as I am running a PvPvE server and I would find this useful if it was mobs-included.

Uh this is an awesome plugin i realy like it but i have a problem. I'm using pex i enabled chatmanagger but when i write something to chat my rank wont appear i dont use towny etc. pls help me

I like this plugin, but after a while I decided to set up groups, and I didn't want the titles there anymore. I deleted both the folder and the .jar, but the titles are still there... o.o Could you add commands to set a certain person to a certain fame level, or even just a certain title? I need to remove me/my friend's titles. And do you know how I could remove these titles without reinstalling the plugin?

 

Cool plugin but fails in regards to fame farming. A system to prevent killing the same person over and over and gaining points needs to be put into place.

A good one would be if you kill Bob once, u gain your points, if you kill Bob again, you gain no points. If you kill player Bob the first time, you get your points, if you kill some random person, you gain points, if you kill bob again, you now gain your points since you did not kill bob twice in a row. This would also need to prevent just re logging and resetting it again.

Being able to configure the amount would be great as well. So say a config option like
AntiFarming: 2 would mean i would have to kill 2 different players then the last player i killed before it will give me points.
