Plugin Request Food heal plugin

    Can someone make a plugin for me that has a config where I can set a time and amount of hearts it heals for example 1-20 hearts so 2 = 1 heart and 1 = haft a heart. So like I can set lapis to heal 1 and a haft hearts and you can only use it once a second or two seconds. Hope you can help me thanks
