[Fixed] BukkitDev resource transfer/release

Hi, nice to be back. Whom would I contact about reviving an old resource? Specifically, https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/quests

In early 2015, I took over development of this project from the original author (which is noted in the Overview). It has since been doing quite well at https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/quests.3711/

When I went to release this as "Quests" on BukkitDev, I got the error "A Project with that slug already exists." Needless to say, I'm not willing to rename the project in order to post it there, but I also have no contact with the original author. Thoughts?

It's been 14 days now without a response. Anything else I can try?
