Question /fix and /fix hand

Hello, i have my own server and currently i am having a hard time with essentials. The problem is that /fix and /fix hand are basicaly the same commands. I was searching for the solution on the web, and i saw that noone had the same problem as me. So i would apriciate if someone could explain if this is normal or not, if normal than i need an explenation for how to add perm /fix hand to group without letting them have that /fix which does the same thing.

@II_Origami_II /fix does the same thing as /fix hand. The other thing they could do is /fix all, which would fix everything in their inventory (and armor if they have essentials.repair.armor). The permission to do /fix or /fix hand is essentials.repair.

Why would you want to let them do /fix hand without /fix? They literally do the exact same thing? It is perfectly normal for the two commands to do the same thing, if that's your question.
