   Can anyone help? I'm having people tell me that they can't connect. I'm playing with my brother, on the same IP, and yes, I have port-forwarded, help?

   You realize you're giving out your internal IP:

   and asking for external people to connect, right? You need to find your external IP and give that out.

   Yep, exactly what TnT said. You'll have to 1: Make sure you've port forwarded (google), then 2: Go to whatismyip.com or some equivalent site and give out THAT IP address.
