Suggested name: FactionsFlight

What I want: I'd like to see a plugin that allows the command ./fly from essentials to be denied or disabled whenever you are in enemy territory, this also includes warzone to disable fly, and the only land you could be able to fly in is, your own faction, and your allies, but anything else other than that should be denied or disabled

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: factionsflight.bypass

When I'd like it by: Yesterday.

Any similar plugins would also be helpful as well.
