List your plugins please, also do the following:

    Stop your server.
    Start your server.
When it's fully started, run /help and then stop it again.
Go in to your server files.
    Go to the logs folder.
    Open the file called latest.log.
Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
Post it there and then link the URL here.

Which plugin is covered up in your plugin list?

I'm not sure which plugin is causing it, but follow the video below and it'll show you how to troubleshoot your plugins, allowing you to quickly and efficiently figure out which plugin is causing the problem. After you figure out which plugin is causing the problem, you can either deal with it yourself or let us know in this thread and we'll try our best to help!

That's going to take an extremely long time especially when using a host

You have 66 plugins, as long as your server takes under 1 minute to load the full server, this whole process will take less than 15 minutes. I said it myself in the video that I did the same process for a server with 66 plugins and it only took a bit longer. It really is quite easy :)

Not sure, BisectHosting is really slow or something
Their website keeps crashing when i download large files from them.

Have you tried using an FTP client such as Filezilla? It makes everything 100x easier.

I would also like to point out that generally JAR files are very small. If you could explain your problem in a bit more detail and with an example possibly, it'd be very helpful.

Nothing on here fixed what happens.
I removed essentials plugins and it doesn't happen.
And add them delete old config and whatnot.
Still happens no matter what its something going on with essentials

Based on your log you aren't. I'm pretty sure you're using EssentialsX but I could be wrong.
