   Hello, I'm looking for a simple plugin: My players use the /tpa and the /tpahere command from Essentials, but I want them to use it only every 30 minutes. Can someone make a plugin for that?

   Edit: just noticed it also delays /home etc.

   That's the cost of limiting porting. We really can't help you there unless you get another plugin for /home.
