Errors after upgrading to 1.4.6

I can't find out what plugin is causing these errors....

I see towny scattered throughout it, but is there any others?

 

Try removing or updating towny and see if you get errors.

 

Updated to towny and still got errors, and they looked similar to the previous ones.

Then I removed Towny and still got errors

Update worldguard and world edit.

 

The new Worldedit still puts out errors like a hacked dispensor.
Also, PermissionsEx hasn't been updated to match Bukkit's new permissibles, so it'll only be op/no op for now
