Error my server crash after some time

After some time online my server crashes
Can be 1, 10 or 50 players and i have the error
Can be 10 min 50 min or 2 hours after a restart and this is the error:

after this error the server like "lock" the enter of peoples and peoples who log out, they can't enter anymore until i restar server.

 

You have too many open files. What plugins are you using?

 

My server start at January and i have never had this problem, only every time since 04 of September. I think that is not too many open files, because i have deleted dynmap, every day i clean files of essentials players and herochat players. Here is the plugins Lolmewn

mateusd24 Hmm.. Did you also delete your dynmap tiles? And what is your server.properties?

i tryied a tring
i want in server, put /speed 10 and started to fly
after some time (2 min) i see a error in console and i stop the server, but i still was playing but no one can enter
