"End Of Stream" java.lang.NullPointerException" Server Crashes randomly

Whenever I started using 1.3.1 R2.0, my server have been starting to crash ALOT(like 5 times aday)
I've been seeing alot of other people having the same problem but I can't find any soloution!

I'm running a 6GB Ram server With around 90 players online.

 

not knowing exactly which plugin is causing this, and it is a plugin, and it has to do with enderpearls. I would say, first make sure all your plugins are the most recent builds, as in they are up to date, essentials should be 2.9.3. world edit and world guard you should be using dev builds of both of those, you can find those on the wiki page for them. factions is a mess so good luck with that but update it and check out their dev page. buycraft i assume is an ecomomy store type plugin, it could be that one.

after you make sure all your plugins are up to date for 1.3.1 r2.0, if it continues, you will need to remove all your plugins and add them back in one at a time until you find the culprit.

I know it is not essentials, essentials chat or essentials spawn, i have them on my server and it is fine. I also know if you get the latest dev builds for world edit and world guard they are both working., no cheat plus has had some troubles, i reccoment build 32 of that, it seems to be working on my server. so that should narrow it down for you.

EDIT:It didn't work, I updated all my essentials, my worldguard and worldedit. I updated everything I also removed Hidestream, Announcer, SpamGuard, Borderguard. Still getting the same error and everything!
one more thing I have snooper: false
in my server settings, don't know if that would change anything?

(That plugins that run, not that plugins what have errors and doesn't run in the server)

Well... looking at your log, I'll say that worldguard and world edit can be crashing your server, try to remove them and then test your server again.
If the problem continues post here the new log.
