Dynmap extension: Seed map to fill in the blanks

I had a feature request that I posted on Dynmap's github page, but it might also work as a third-party extension plugin to Dynmap.

A plugin that integrates something like Amidst or MineAtlas into Dynmap, to generate a map based on the world's seed. This would fill in the blanks where there is no chunk data for Dynmap to show. Just a less detailed map of areas that haven't been generated by the server. Players could theoretically see infinitely far out with this and plan destinations to biomes that haven't been visited yet.

Here is an example of what I mean.
