   so has any one figured out a way to Prevent players from placeing doors/signs
   as it seems OnBlockPlaced is bypassed by them wondering if any one has come up with a alternate way?

   I haven't bothered to try, but have you tried onItemUse? You get the item used and the block that was clicked, so perhaps you could do i this way. Again, I haven't tried anything.
