/Disguise For YouTubers

Hey Guys this is the type of plugin i would like

Plugin category: Misc

Suggested name: YoutuberDisguise
What I want: What i would like is a plugin where youtubers can do /disguise {Name} this will only work if the name isn't all ready taken and it will change there tab chat and above name in game. I know there is a plugin called YoutuberTools but it doesn't work correctly and has lots of bugs.Please Get this plugin made as it would help lots of servers let youtubers play properly.

Ideas for commands: "/disguise" (Alias: "/d")

Ideas for permissions: YoutuberDisguise.Use

You could use Idisguise: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/idisguise.5509/
this will work as long as you give your youtubers the proper permissionions.
