Hey, The users on my sever cannot build. I've configured everything so they should be able to build. We have around 20 plugins on the server, I can only imagine, Essentials, PermissionsEx (and ModifyWorld), Towny interfering with this. Also, players cannot PvP. I'm running craftbukkit B#2126.
ask them to try far away from spawn of not help try without plugins if it works sstart adding plugins
i had same problem but when i putted blocks somewere they could build on it and i also shutted every plugin down so... hope it helps
For a lot of permissions plugins, default users can't build by default. Have you set the default group to have the build permission?
