Custom zombies

Hey i want a plugin for my server that allows me control zombies. feautures:
- Zombies spawn day/night
- Zombies do not burn in sunlight
- Zombies are a bit faster
- Zombies are the only mob that spawn
- compatible with 1.7.9

So I assume that you mean to say zombies are the only HOSTILE mob you want to spawn?
If yes, how often would you like zombies to spawn?

 

@Geekxboy I want it spawn as often as all hostile mobs in total.
