Custom KitPVP Plugin

Suggested name: Name doesnt matter looking for a custom KitPVP plugin for my server

What I want: I want players to spawn with a chest labled "Kits" they right click it and a inventory GUI pops up and they select a kit. when they select the kits it spawns them to the arena and gives them the items. when i they die they spawn back at spawn with the chest again and can select a new kit. I also want a scoreboard to keep track of kills/money, ect.

i know there are some already like this but i need a custom one

Ideas for commands: /kits: shoes the kits
/shop: pulls up a shop maybe
any other essential commands

Ideas for permissions: permissions for each kit so i can give different players different skits such at donator kits

When I'd like it by: whenever is fine a few days preferably
