custom join message plugin

i was recently on arkham network when i noticed that everytime i logged in, on any server, it would have this join message that welcomed you and gave you like a tiny description on what that sevrer was.

I was wondering if there was a plugin that is similar to this, but still displays a join message everytime a player logs in.

if you know of one, please reply with any info. Thanks!

Essentials adds that.
/motd will be executed everytime you join if enabled.
You can customize its text in the motd.txt or so.
