Creepers Not Exploding?

    I need creepers to explore, yet throughout the entire world they don't, they puff up and stay like that. In essentials I enabled creeper explosions and I flagged the world with creeper and mob grief to allow yet still nothing. Any tips would be appreciated!

    Remove your plugins one by one to figure out which plugin is causing the issue.

    I have about 40 plugins, and I don't want to risk one of them breaking now. Any other tips?
