Plugin Help Creating an Enchant limit & Disabled recipe plugin

So I was wandering around with bukkit codes and Im having problem trying to solve how to limit certain items enchantment. Would love advice from professional bukkit programmers.

Also I would love to know the code to disable brewing certain potion and also crafting certain items.

BTW Can anybody help me out with subclasses and having multiple classes kinda confuse
