   The error is caused by Skript, either remove it or go open a ticket at their page.

   Thanks! that lead me to a script with "set {_image} to image" pulling from a URL and the image was no longer on the site and it was running on join:

   @dowen01 to the right of the title there should be an Edit Thread button. Click it and you can change the prefix.
