   If i remove all files which is craftbukkit files.But i want to excempt the my world and plugins and after that i will install the spigot it will make a error?

   I would say 9 in 10 Bukkit Plugins are compatible w/Spigot.
   Switching from Bukkit to Spigot is easier than you would think, it takes a few minutes to install, and you should take 10-15 to read up on configuration and config it.

   Don't delete bukkit.yml and commands.yml you need that, Spigot is just an extension of Bukkit
