we all know that minecraft has 1.3 weekly snapshots
with those releases is it possible to have a craftbukkit snapshot of the 1.3 also
since half of the bukkit team works for mojang

There are already loads of posts that touch on this topic:

    http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/is-there-bukkit-for-snapshots.80603/
    http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/pre-realese-craftbukkit-for-bukkit-developers.81064/
    http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/craftbukkit-snapshots.82245/
(Found by searching 'snapshots' on the forum)

The short of it is that no, there will not be Bukkit releases geared towards snapshots. It takes well over a week to port a given version of Minecraft over to Bukkit, debug it, polish it, etc. So by the time they're ready to release a stable Bukkit snapshot for the most recent Minecraft snapshot, it will no longer be the most recent Minecraft snapshot.

wait when the 1.2 came out from minecraft about 3 hours later craftbukkit released their dev build
and that has a map update so ik it dont take no week to get a dev build out

If you recall, the preview released a week before the official 1.2 update was the same as the 1.2 release. This gave everyone plenty of time to update before the official update.

reason i bring this up after the official 1.3 update or patch whatever they call it now it there was a craftbukkit even the latest we as server owners could see if plugins break It would just be nice

It takes a great deal of work to port a new version to CraftBukkit. Snapshots do not always contain items or features that would make it into the final release. Porting a snapshot to CraftBukkit does not guarantee your plugins will or won't work for the final release.

While it might be cool to see, I would rather the team focuses on bug fixes and API improvements than trying to constantly port the snapshots.
