Plugin Help Converting Group Manager into PEX

So recently I bought a server with MCPH. I'm currently paying

My group manager is causing me problems.
I'm trying to convert my groups to PEX because I've heard it works better.
Could someone help me or do it for me, it means a lot, and I'll consider giving a staff rank
for compensation!
