Solved Console

    So i have craftbukkit.jar an I cant seem to get the console to appear.

    i tried

    java -jar craftbukkit.jar
    PAUSE

    is what i put in it

    it opens up the word document

    @Stagcraft184_2 Right click it, should be able to run as something else.

    @Stagcraft184_2 Make sure your File Explorer is set to show file extensions. I'm guessing the .txt at the end of the file is actually hidden from you and so you can't change it.

    In File Explorer, click the View tab on top, the check the "File name extensions". Then rename the file to start.bat.

    @timtower If it actually is a Windows Batch File, there won't be an option to Open with...

    @Machine Maker I just open a console when I need a server and used to linux for most things.
