Connection Timed Out: Connect

    Yesterday, I was using the 1.6.4 version of Bukkit, and whenever anyone tried to connect to my server, it would say "Connection Timed Out: Connect", but from my computer, I could connect perfectly with no problem.
    Today, I downloaded the 1.6.6 version of Bukkit, placed it in the folder,( etc. )and can still connect perfectly from my computer. However, everyone else is still getting the "Connection Timed Out: Connect" problem. Can anyone offer me any help?

    I have the same problem, although this might bit a global problem :D

    Have you port forwarded?
    Is Online-Mode= False ( If you have players with fake accounts)
    Did you put server-ip= In server.properties blank ( server-ip = )

    I port-forwarded it to my Hamachi,
    Online-Mode=true,
    My Hamachi IP is in the server-ip=.
