  1. So I put my server up and my friend wanted to play skyblock.. when he tried to join, he told me it said "Connecting to Server" and that he could not get in. I gave him the right IP and I did port forward correctly. I also stopped all my anti virus on my computer, and it still did not work. Got any idea why?

What does say when you tickle the minecraft port?
  3. "Error: I could not see your service on(my ip) on port (25565)
Reason: Connection timed out" Where it said (My IP) is where my actual IP is

So the problem definitely lies somewhere in the port forwarding. Either it's not set up correctly or something else is blocking the port on the computer after the data is passed from the router.
  5. I will redo my port forwarding and see if that does anything.. if not then I will need your help fixing my problem. :p

I closed all the anti-virus as I said above, but it's still not working, do you have any suggestions once so ever to fix this? I really don't wanna go to hamachi....

Have you checked to ensure that the internal IP address of the computer that the server is running on is the same as the internal IP address that you have set up in your router's port forwarding configuration? IP addresses, if not statically assigned within the OS, can and do change, so double-check that.
  9. My ipv4 is the same as the port forwarding

Try starting your computer in Safe Mode with Networking, see if you're able to accept connections that way.
