Graphics card is nothing to do with your server. But 8gb memory isn't bad and the 6300 will run a few players, but you need a good internet connection go to http://speedtest.net and do a test then send the results in this topic.
Unfortunately they don't cover the CPU, which is the most important piece of the puzzle. Stick with the Intel processors, a Core i5/i7 or Xeon E3 V3 will be your best bet. The AMD processors offer very poor performance per core. superpizza44 A great article that will help you pick out the right hardware. http://www.reliablesite.net/hosting-news/minecraft-server-hardware
Check your internet connection if it is good enough http://canihostaminecraftserver.com/ Scrap the graphics card and with the money get a better CPU like RSNET-Radic said. For up to 50 players an i3 will probably do. 8GB RAM is plenty, if you have four slots I'd recommend you get 2x4GB so you have space for upgrade without displacing the old memory. RAM does vary in quality, look around. Another good link for this is http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/ And for US http://pcpartpicker.com
In the end it will be cheaper to rent then buying new PC parts. Check out http://prominecrafthost.com
Wow. Even people in India have better connection than that. You definitely cannot host a server on that.
Are you using wireless internet? If so, that is usually a bottleneck and you can increase your speed a lot by just connecting with a cable.
