Coloured Name (Tablist, above head and in chat)

Minecraft version: 1.19.2

Suggested name: ColourName

What I want: I'm looking for a lightweight custom plugin that sets all instances of usernames (tab list, chat and above head) to a custom colour using a hex code. I want the code #cad1e0, but it is probably best to make this customisable in the config for other users that stumble across this thread.

Ideas for commands: No commands are needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No permissions are needed for this plugin.

When I'd like it by: No urgency, whenever possible really.

 

Not sure if this is possible because I'm pretty sure Bukkit only has the 16 Chat Colors

@ItZ_JameZ_ It is possible. It's used on servers like OriginRealms, MCCIsland etc.

I think it's also available in this plugin : https://github.com/NEZNAMY/TAB but it has a bunch of other features I'm not looking for. Since it's open source idk if you wanna take a look there.
