Collision with blocks

    Hello I'm currently making a Mod/Plugin

    How would I make it so basically all blocks would behave like a Minecart, - the rails.

    You run into the Minecart the minecart moves. I want all blocks to do that what would the code be to go about that? is there just a simple code I could copy in? I'm using MCP for minecraft 1.7.10 Thanks in advanced!

    First of all, this is for Bukkit. Not MCP,
    Second of all, I believe that this is not possible without a client modification (Which we do not support here)
