Coin Multiplier

I would like a plugin like TyphoonTricks sugesstion at https://bukkit.org/threads/coin-multiplier.266666/ but with customizable multipliers (in config) instead of just strictly x2, x3, x4, x5, and x6 and without duplicating payments as well. And having a double coin weekend. For example if I had x2 coin multiplier on double coin weekend it would be a x4 coin multiplier.
