   Seems like the problem seems to be permissions side, could you provide the full groups.yml file, an example of a command you cant do, and a print of a /manucheckp check? (you can do it from the console). I will try to get to the core of this. Also, you may join the bukkit IRC channel where il be able to provide faster responses.
