Chunk Error Thing!?

When I join the server the map doesn't load, or only some of it does, and there are no chunks!
This is the error message I get:

I am using Windows 7

 

well first either change to windows server or linux and second(this should have been first) get rid of performancetweaks. i PORMISE this will fix it

EDIT: Its spelled Promise not Pormise.

 

Either ptweaks or NoLagg, both are causing issues at the moment.
