Plugin category: Admin Suggested name: ChestRemove What I want: I'd like a plugin where it can remove empty chests every 24 hours. and its mostly for my plotme world. Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin. Ideas for permissions: No Perm. When I'd like it by: Tomorrow ? And what rule did i break ? It not a personal request anyone can use it , im just stating that the plugin would work best for plot world , for any server with the plugin plotme. As far as I am aware, servers with "Plot Me" are generally creative servers. Having a plugin that wipes chests when you have unlimited items at your disposal is an oxymoron in and of itself.
Plotme could also be used for prison servers. and im very sure there are a lot out there with the same lag issue , and this plugin might fix it.
Two things: This can be easily accomplished with WorldEdit, replace chests with air. Chests don't cause lag issues. They are just like any other block in the game until you right click them. Then they bring up a GUI and load item information. If chests are such a big issue on your server and you think they might be causing performance loss, feel free to disable chest placement / use in WorldGuard.
Chests are a part of tiles and Worldedit won't do because i'm only trying to remove the empty once. I have 150,000 Tiles only from plotworld.
That rule means that you can't say "Can you make this plugin for me and nobody else". It doesn't mean you can't ask for a plugin with an extremely narrow use case. And timtower, from what I can see, was simply responding to somebody else who posted their sky/email/whatever asking for private contact. Either they deleted their post or it was deleted by staff. The OP did not do anything wrong.
