   Hi, a few days ago I started using the Chest Commands plugin on my server and it just doesn't work for some reason ... I'll be grateful for any advice, thanks.

   According to the screenshot, the plugin was disabled and that is why the command didn't run. The reason why it was disabled, is not in the screenshot. The plugin could have had an error that caused it to be disabled automatically or you have disabled it using a plugin manager.
