cant stop mobs from spawning on my server !!

    hi please help me i cant stop the mobs from spawning on my server... ive changed the system properties but the server wont apply the changes. the server was offline when i made the changes and still nothing :(

    please help
    thats my server properties file

    are you running any server wrappers like Mcmyadmin?

    maybe try a plugin that allows you to chose what monsters spawn and set them all to false?

    Xcraftgate seems to be whats causing the problem, i was having the same problem until i removed it.

    Compulsivecraft

    IF that doesnt work, you could get either essentials and stop spawning, or Multiverse-Core and stop the world from mobs.
