Solved Can't Place Water

I can't place water in any of my worlds except for the one I have grief prevention active in. Will Factions stop water placement or could it be something else?

Here's my plugin list:

 

Just an idea, is it disabled in the essentials config? There is a part to where you can prevent blocks from being placed

Try isolating the issue according to this guide: http://wiki.bukkit.org/Troubleshooting_Common_Problems#Diagnosing_Plugin_Issues

 

Obviously I know how to do that, I just thought someone might know what the issue was right away so I didn't have to do that but I guess I will anyway.

Turns out it was GriefPrevention. Thought I had it disabled in the worlds I didn't want it used it but it was enabled.
