Can't Connect Externally

    I made a server and have been having huge problems connecting from my public ip. I can connect locally but can't connect otherwise. The port is open and shows that there is nothing, such as a firewall, blocking it. I have no idea what to do.

    What IP/Port is it running with?

    Also, please paste your server.properties file (in pastebin)
