Problem/Bug Cannot Craft Dyed Armour or Dyed Glass Whatsoever

Hi all!

I think the title is pretty self explanatory, but if it isn't, everytime I try making a dyed set of glass or armour, none of these work at all in my server. I've tried deleting my plugins folder, and readding them afterwards. Except, that didn't work. I've also deleted all the other files except for the worlds, yet those didn't work either. I'm thinking it's something to do with my world. Would anyone be able to help me? I'm pretty stupid.
