It's sad that things have come to be in the state they are and it's difficult to write this post. Throughout the time in which I've been involved in the Bukkit community, I've met a lot of awesome people, learnt so many new things and been able to volunteer some of my time to help the community. I've had great fun working with the rest of the BukkitDev staff on the queue, I've helped organise two plugin development contests and I've worked on tools to try and improve the approval process and address issues with the provided system. As a result of recent actions from both Mojang and Curse, I no longer have any desire to assist with BukkitDev or develop plugins for Minecraft. I'm hugely thankful to everyone who has helped to lead the Bukkit project and been involved in the community. There are too many people I'd like to thank to list them all, but in particular: EvilSeph - for dedicating an incredible amount of his time to the project TnT - for giving me some great things to work on and helping lead the team mbaxter - for always being up for a chat and explaining things to me lDucks - for working with me on tools for the BukkitDev approval process lukegb - for teaching me best practices and helping me to improve my code slipcor - for being an awesome mentor NP98765 - for generally putting up with me, introducting me to IRC and more hawkfalcon - for helping with ten.java, assisting with BukkitDev and being around in IRC drtshock - for maintaining a great IRC channel and discussing various topics with me Bionicrm - for being around to chat and discuss code - I've learnt a lot from him DSH105 - for appreciating my awesome jokes and insults JOPHESTUS - being happy to debate things and chat Additionally, I'm grateful to all of the BukkitDev staff for working on the queue and helping to stop malicious plugins from being available to download. The forums staff have done a great job ensuring discussions remain civil and removing spam. I plan to stick around on IRC and I wish everyone the best of luck with the future.
