BukkitDev project rejected.

I made a plugin called HomingArrows (originally for my friends, but decided to upload to BukkitDev, which I made using my free time and a lot of hard work. Today I went to check on it, and I saw that it got rejected because of a copyright infringement with BlingHomingArrows.

The reason I'm posting this here is because I am no longer able to login to my BukkitDev account, and I would like to know what made you reject it.

The file was rejected due to being 95% the same code as BlingHomingArrows.

While I understand it must have taken a lot of time and hard work to take an existing plugin and add a few startup log messages, we do not allow people to take existing plugins and upload them to BukkitDev, even with extensive modifications such as what you made.
