This happened just now. Right after I used a warp command. I noticed mobs stopped doing anything and didn't really think anything of it due to the lack a computing power my server has. So I logged off hoping it would sort itself out but it didn't. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hey, we'd love to help, but without a bit more information, it's going to be really hard for us. Since this is likely a plugin issue, you may want to figure out which plugin, and get the full error log of a server starting up and the command being used and causing an error.

Give that information to the plugin developer by posting in the plugin's thread, and they'll be better able to help you.
